I would apologize for the giant bags under my eyes in these photos, but they seem to just be a common occurrence lately. Actually, I am pretty sure I have had bags under my eyes since as long as I can remember, but getting more than 6 hours of sleep a night might be more flattering to my face. Poor face.

One of the reasons I did not get enough sleep is on account of staying out to see “Moonrise Kingdom” last night, followed by some pints & chips at the new “Red-Fox pub” in Royal Oak. I am always one for movies, but I have to say that I have been really impressed with the summer movies this year. Between “The Amazing Spider-man”, “Brave”, “Moonrise Kingdom”, “Ted” and even earlier this year “The Hunger Games”, “21 Jumpstreet” and “The five-year engagement”. Of course, my favorite this year has been “The Avengers Assemble”, and sadly I missed out on “Snow White and the Huntsman”, but we still have “The Dark Knight Rises” on our agenda too. Kyle and I have always been movie-geeks, our first-date was a movie and anytime we get a free evening, we are out to see one. I think we single-handedly kept the video rental store in Royal Oak going an extra month on account of all of the movies we rented. Now I have to wait until 2015 for the next Avengers movie?? WAH!! That is what happens when you enjoy the little things in life like great movies with sexy-heroes and hilarious banter, you gotta wait for what feels like a million years for the next one. -___-

    Your top is way cute. I would love to mix prints as it seems everything in my closet has some type of prominent print on it, but I am so chicken right now.

    Hi sara! Love the clashing prints! i agree! ALL THE MOVIES ARE LOOKING GOOD FOR THE SUPERHEROES THOUGH! EEEKKKK m watching batman in 2 days! wee!! I also missed out on Snow White (cos i really dun wanna watch um, kristen stone stewart face yelcks!) :x And the hair looking shiny there, good hair day i bet?! >.<

    They are really going to wait that long until the next Avengers' movie? By then Robert Downey Jr. will be very near to 50! woah there! haha.

    Anyway, I missed seeing a lot of films we wanted to see in theatres because we have our kiddies. it is weird because we used to go EVERY WEEKEND practically when dating and engaged and early married to the theatre. I saw The Avengers this year and The Lorax and that's it so far. . . Oh well. In time. I have heard great reviews of Snow White and Brave and Spiderman and Dark Knight. I want to see Spiderman more than Dark Knight. . .I blame the Marvel in me. ;)

    This top is really cute as is the skirt. I wouldn't picture putting them together at all but you make them each beautiful even together!!!!

    P.S. the best thing is that his friend is the manager at our cinema...so its only free movies! Unless we're nerding out and want to go to a midnight showing...those arent free haha
