Two things you will always find on top of my gym bag, a pair of flip-flops and a book. I used to just read during my cool-downs on the bike but now I read on the treadmill, at a moderate speed with a high incline. I still manage to build up a sweat and that hour goes by so much faster when I am reading instead of just starting at the TV.

It was really hot that day as you might be able to tell, haha. Kyle and I ran into his twin brother Brian and their Mom almost as soon as we got in the entrance to we just shopped around together. We were supposed to go to Ikea that day but as soon as we found out about the garage sale we changed plans (this weekend for sure!).  So the plan was to get some things for the house...we got one picture frame! Haha, we did end up getting some really cool stuff like some coats and hats, movies, some T-shirts (I got a child's size Detroit Cobra shirt that I can't wait to show off) and I got a Harry Potter game for my gameboy advance, 'cuz I am cool like that. Everything we bought was pretty cheap considering some of the other prices, and it only cost $2 to get in.
