Eats: Nutella & Banana Crepes
5:30 PM
Holy crap! Look who learned how to crepe! This one is actually Kyle's, mine was not so pretty, but still. Add some yummy toppings and you are good to go. Expect to see more crepe recipes on here, because they are super easy to make and delicious. Om nom-nom.
Get (makes 4, 7inch crepes)
1 egg
1/4 cup almond milk
2/3 table spoon of butter
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 cup whole wheat flour
In a small bowl, beat the eggs, butter, almond milk, and salt together-until well combined, then add the flour. Spray/brush butter on crepe pan, set over moderate heat for about 30 seconds. Pour 2 table spoons of batter onto the skillet, and quickly turn back and forth until the batter covers the pan. Cook until the edges turn brown, then flip over, and cook another 30 seconds. Transfer onto plate and top with nutella, sliced bananas, & sprinkle powdered sugar on top ( I placed toppings in the center, then folded the sides in). Eat!
