A Bit Dismal

It is very odd looking at these photos from a few days ago now that we've got snow. We got dumped on! I love it though, loads of snow and I don't have to go to work?! I'll take it! 

We also drove through the winter storm to Ikea yesterday with my brother David and our friend Dan met us there. We got some awesome stuff for the house and now I am in super-house-project-mode! I want to redo ALL the rooms! The plan is to touch-up the paint in the kitchen today, that leaves only a few smaller projects and the kitchen is done. I honestly cannot wait to get to the spare-room so my friends can sleep on a bed and not an animal fur covered couch when they stay over. Hurray for productivity!

    You finally got snow?? Hooray! I hope anyway? We haven't had more since our storm a couple of weeks ago, but it's been cold enough that at least some of it has stuck around!

    Oh..I wish I could enjoy the snow as much as you do. Shoveling it can take a toll on you, after while though. Driving in it isn't much fun if you don't have the right tires.

    You look super adorbs in this red dress. It just pops against your skin in a beautiful way!
