My moccasins have become my best friends the past few weeks due to the shredding of my feet as result of my 10K training. Between the blisters, blood-blisters, dead skin, and toenails falling off, my feet are going to look so sexy this summer. At least my moccasins go with everything, much like these men’s T-shirts I got from Target awhile back.

It’s hard to imagine we are already at the tail-end of spring! I have so much that I want to do, but I am limiting myself to a few things: celebrating my brother Marks’ 24th birthday, getting the yard cleaned up, plant some awesome flowers & veggies, and finish spring-cleaning the house. My goal is to have all of this done by the end of May so we can focus on the rest of the wedding plans and try to enjoy summer. We even have plans to get some engagement photos done! I know we have been engaged 5+ years at this point, but it will be nice to take some pics just the two of us. I am trying my best to make things feel exciting instead of stressful, and for the most part, it seems to be working :)

    It is hard to believe spring is almost gone. This summer is going to fly by.

    I'm excited for your engagement photos. That's something that I never did when I was engaged and I think I want to do if I ever get engaged again. lol

    Love the moccasins! I am slightly biased, since Minnetonka Moccasins are made in MN and I live in MN! But they are so cute on you! Also really love your owl tote bag - owls are my favorite!

    I love this bag! The denim skirt + white tee is a good combo for spring.
    I know that engagement photos frequently seem 'corny' but I really love them and TOTALLY plan on getting some. If for no other reason than to show my imaginary future children. I love looking at photos of my parents at my age.

    Moccasins are quite possibly the most comfortable footwear out there so it's understandable that you would rock them everywhere! I can't wait to see your engagement photos when you get them done. :D
