I finally found a nice rhythm for everything I need to get done during the week, work, going to the gym, blogging, cooking, cleaning & walking my dog. I like being busy during the week and having time during the weekends to do whatever I want. I even had time to plan a nice cozy outfit for going out with friends and curled my hair! Accomplishment my friends. Kyle kept telling me how nice my hair looked all night, I guess it really does make a difference when you shower and get ready and hour before you leave instead of getting ready in the morning and then running errands all day. 

Last night we headed out with my brother Mark, and his girlfriend Mariah. She finally turned 21 at midnight so we made sure she got a drink. My brother's friends were all at this really popular bar in Ferndale, Rosie O'Grady's. I hate that bar! It is always super-packed and they blast club music in there. I ran into a friend from high school that I used to hang out with all the time. It was kinda awkward, we used to travel in this little pack and we all played soccer together Freshmen year and now we are all so different. The first thing we realized was the fact that we had not seen each other since graduation, which was back in 2003 (yeah, I'm old). She was really nice though, and looked happy so that was good. It's just really interesting how I kinda get a vague idea what everyone is up to via Facebook. But up until recently, I always just hung out with the same people. I love the friends that I have now, the old ones that have been there forever, the ones that I have re-connected with, and the new ones I have made over the past few years.

    Aww how sweet of kyle to tell you how good your hair looked all day! Guys can be so sweet sometimes.. or atleast if they "want" something on valentine's night hahah! ;P

    Such a sweet scarf! How cool for your brother's girlfriend! That's great to see an old friend. Hopefully, it wasn't like old friend..who I met at a concert... I saw her in the bathroom. Now that's awkward!

    Love the bright colors. And I've been to the Mackinac Island Gift Shop, too! They didn't have the cute belt when I was there twelve years ago.
