Sick Sad World

These were taken on Monday, I am still slacking on posts lol. I think the me in high school would have loved this outfit, Kyle made a Daria reference at one point during the night. This skirt belongs to Ebony, and I love it! It's plaid! I really felt Fall in this outfit, and apparently I was in a goofy mood.



Do you see the mess that is on my head? Ick. I am going to color it back dark again to make it all one color, I think it will look better that way if I have the patience to grow it out. Oh and because I can't stop posting him:


I am excited! Lauren and Kevin are going to Lalapalooza this weekend so that means I get to babysit Tripp! He is so tiny and cute!  Kyle likes to carry him in his harness so he looks like a purse. Le sigh. Poor pup :P

    I loved watching Daria, when everything on MTV was still good. :P Cute outfit and it can easily transition into fall, with tights and a jacket.

    I think I would have liked Daria a lot more had I watched it when it was still considered "new," but I didn't have cable until I moved out of my parents' house, haha. After watching an episode now it definitely looks and feels dated. Not to mention I'm not in high school so maybe I can't relate anymore. :(

    Also, I love band t-shirts. When I saw DCFC three years ago I should have bought one, but alas, I didn't even think about it. I think I was too excited. Now I make it a ritual to buy one at every show I go to.

    I love Daria. Did they ever bring that out on DVD in the US? They didn't hear. Oh how I wish they did. I mean, I was young when I watched it... me and my friends used to pretend that we were The Fashion Club :D I even got to be Quinn because I had long ranga hair, imagine that! Haha.

    when I saw this outfit, I thought there was something it reminded me of...I couldn't put my finger on it until you (or, rather, Kyle) mentioned Daria. And then a lightbulb went on. Though it does look very '90's, I like it...and the T-rex. ;)
