Project: MCB and One eskimO!
6:32 PM
A few weeks ago, I needed a picture of Mother Flectchers for a post. When I did the search for the photos, I came across MOTORCITYBLOG. I contacted them via email and let them know that I was borrowing the picture, after a few emails and my enthusiasm for supporting MI bloggers, they asked me if I would like to be a contributor. Once a month, I will be contributing to the MCB. (They even made me a logo! :) ) Which leads to today's post; Project: MCB.
(Pauly from Grand Trunk, pretty much the most awesome BT you will ever meet)
(Dan, me and Brian on an ice-bench)
My contribution this month is an adventure downtown to the Grand Trunk and to check out the Winter Blast. Also, to write a poem for them. Initially, I was going to also check out the band One eskimO's performance and write up a review. Then I got asked if I would like to conduct an interview with the band. Me?! an interview?!! I was excited/nervous/terrified/GWAH!!
Needless to say I said yes and got to meet four awesomely charming individuals who are extremely talented. AND I got to see a great show!
(Jamie, Peter, Adam & Kristian)
(Makes a girl want to move to England, no?)
