It Was All Yellow

I think these might just be the last "fall" outfit photos for this year! It has been snowing off-and-on the past two days, flurries mostly, but still. It is kind of awesome seeing the leaves half covered with snow though. I have been sure to instagram all of the #SnowShit, this far. See how clever I am? Just swapping out "fall" for "snow" and I've got an entire new, seasonal hashtag! Yeah, I want to punch myself in the face too.

Anywho, I made a list this week of all of the people we need to get Christmas presents for, and so far I have bought three things. Two which have not even shipped yet, so I am not sure if they count. I do really love getting all of my friends and loved ones little gifts this time of year, even if it mostly feeds into our consumerist society. Seriously though! You see some cat socks, you know that your friend really does not need them, but you know, that s(he) knows that you thought of them when they were bought. I think that is going to be the plan this year: everyone gets cat socks. Done.

I am totally channeling my inner Fourth Doctor in that picture bellow. What am I thinking of? Jelly Babies, perhaps?

I am really looking forward to this weekend, a birthday party, grabbing a meal with Kyle's family, chores to do, hopefully see one of my friends for a little bit, and of course, lots of blogging stuff. I have a busy week ahead of me next week, as I have to get as much done as possible before my vacation week, aka: figure out what I can pawn off on the interns.

Happy Friday!

  7. I get a cool 70s vibe from this outfit. The fall scenery is so pretty too!
I'm looking forward to Christmas time but getting presents is always hard for me. I never know what to get people! Except my sister. She's easier to shop for because we like a lot of the same things. Cat socks sound like a pretty solid present though!
