Hay There
10:10 AM
That blog post title? Yeah, I actually typed that out and left it there. You are all welcome.
This is the outfit that I wore out to the cider mills, hence the hay. I always think that my style has changed a lot over the years, especially since those awkward high school days, but looking at these photos, I feel like this something high school me would have loved. Giant winter hat? Check. Ripped American Eagle jeans? Check. Striped, Weezerish sweater? Check. Footwear that doesn't match anything, but is worn with everything? Check. Seriously, just swap out the giant glasses for braces and nothing much has changed.
Last night we carved pumpkins, and watched Hocus Pocus while sipping hard cider. (I posted a photo of mine on Instagram, and it is totally fantastic!). Passing out candy tomorrow will check off the last thing on my fall bucket list! I might have to make another little list for November, all I've got so far is to run the Stuffing Strut with Kyle before the parade on Thanksgiving (which we haven't even registered for yet), and bake a pumpkin pie. My mom and I are thinking of ideas on how to make Thanksgiving dinner slightly healthier this year, and I am really looking forward to it. I will be sure to do a post of some sort of what we made if it all works out okay!
Tomorrow I will have another outfit post for you guys (three in one week! What is this nonsense!). and I am only working a half day because I have a packed Friday. I am heading out to try my photography skills (or lack there of) on some family members after work, picking up Liam for a bit, then getting ready for Halloween! It is supposed to rain, maybe even snow, which really sucks for all of the little bastards out trick-or-treating. I am going to try my best to get photos of our costumes for Monday's post. Much Excite! Happy Halloween Eve!

We are carving our pumpkins tonight...the first one we did was eaten in a day, so we're waiting until last minute! I think maybe we should also turn on Hocus Pocus while doing it...the kids would enjoy!
