Eats: Balsamic Vinegar Dressing
10:37 AM
I am a HUGE fan of vinaigrette dressings, especially during the summer. I decided to try my hand at a balsamic one, mostly because I had balsamic vinegar laying around.
Get:
2 1/2 cups extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 cups balsamic vinegar
2 garlic cloves, sliced thin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
1 sprig fresh oregano
Put everything in a blender and mix well. It will separate, so you will have to shake it up before using it each time. I am not %100 on the shelf-life of this, but from what I gather from various sources (the interwebs), it should be good for a week.
