Eats: Scallion & Lamb Stir-fry W/Scampi Sauce

Yes, more lamb. I still have a ton left, so I might have to start getting creative, but at least all of the dishes we have had so far have been yummy, huzzah! 

Get
1 lb lamb leg steaks
1 tsp peppercorns
1 tsp crushed dried red peppers
1 tbsp peanut oil
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
8 scallions, sliced
2 tbsp dark soy sauce
6 tbsp scallion sauce
6 oz cabbage 

Cook
Trim any fat from lamb, and slice into thin strips. Sprinkle the peppercorns & red peppers over the meat and toss together until well combined. Heat the oil in a preheated wok. Add the lamb and stir-fry for 5 minutes. Mix the garlic, scallions, and soy, add to the wok and cook another 2 minutes. Add the scallion sauce and cabbage and cook until it begins to wilt and the juices are bubbling. 

Eat!
