Never met a cardigan I didn't like

Without actually getting up and tearing though the closet and the laundry, I can count at least 25 cardigans that I own. I can also think of at least five that I haven't worn on this blog yet. Questions? Concerns? I didn't think so. Cardigans have replaced the hoodies of my youth with good reason; they are completely versatile. I can wear a cute cropped one with a shorter dress to make it appear as a good length for the workplace, I can wear a big-baggy Grandpa-style one over my sweats and camp-out in front of the TV on a Saturday morning. I can even wear an embellished one with jeans and a t-shirt to make it kind-of seem like I care what I look like when I go to the bar/a restaurant/the movies. Oh yes, cardigans can save the world!...er, something.

This evening Kyle and I, along with my brothers David & Mark, and also Mariah, took Liam to the WAB for half-off food night. He scarfed down his grilled cheese and root-beer and demanded to play pool. It was completely adorable. Aside from people assuming he was my child, which tends to happen when you are eighteen years older than your youngest brother.  Which is also why I could careless about people staring me down for having an 8 year old in the bar part of the restaurant. Actually, only one or two people gave me the evil eye, but there were some parents there who could have used a dose of parenting skills. Seriously, this five year old was getting it non-stop from her mother. Poor kid.

We also took some awesome photos in the photo booth but I had to give them to Liam to take home, he was too excited to let me scan them or even take a pic of them with my camera, I will try to get more next time :)

    Its so sweet that you took them out! And I know what you mean, sometimes I really question why people have kids when I see them acting like jackasses towards their offspring.
    I can't believe you have that many cardigans haha, LOVE IT! Also, I agree that they have totally replaced the hoodie :)

    Thats one thing I need to update, my cardigan collection. They really are versatile. You look great in yours. PS who cares what those parents thought. You and your bro had a good time and thats all that matters.
