I am always amazed by my friends. It is funny when people at my work tease me about going to Ferndale High school because it is kind of known as a ghetto-artsy-athletic high school, although it has improved a lot since I graduated back in 2003. The friends that I had in high school are pretty much the same friends that I have now, and even in this depressing economy where we cannot visit each other as much as we would like, we find was to be creative and stay in contact. I have friends that can make pillows out of t-shirts, can cook scorpions, write a haiku, create websites, run their own online shops, take beautiful pictures, organize crazy camping trips, play instruments, and of course friends who can paint.
Recognize the ombre hair? Haha, my good friend Hassaun created this and the one below for me last week and I absolutely love them both! I am so impressed that he can create such amazing images like this and the ones on his facebook page. Most of the time the images he creates are just inspiration from things surrounding him and others are characters in pieces of literature that he is working on.
Doesn't Kyle look dapper? And Louie is so cute! I thought I would also share another one that I thought was just really cool as well:
So please go check out his facebook page, be a fan, and if you are interested in any of the art you see or would like something custom, leave a comment and Hassaun would gladly work with you!
