I came across some really great text posts on tumblr a little while back, and decided to add them to some photos using an app on my phone. I have had this post sitting in draft for quite a long time, not really sure how to go about it. I just thought that these quotes were so simple, but very truthful and empowering, and I really wanted to share them on this blog.
At first I was going to include some personal experience with both of these, but instead I am just going to leave them as they are for everyone else to ponder. I honestly really feel that both of these quotes can be used as guidelines for others in our lives, and for ourselves. Keep in mind of those you love, be a supportive friend, boyfriend, wife, teacher, loved one, but not at the expense of your own sanity. You have to take care of yourself in order to be there for those you love, and you have to remember that you have no idea what it is like to be someone else. Be kind to those you love, and be kind to yourself.

ReplyDeleteI'm so far behind in blog-life I know :D Couldn't NOT take the time to comment on this one. Yes yes yes. People aren't medicine. People are actually my drug though - in a positive way. I get so much energy from them and instead of being all solar panel, I'm part mirror and make sure the energy goes back into the source as well It's brilliant :D Haha. ANYWAY.
In terms of "Bad", that is totally down to bias. No one's problems are worse than anyone else's in life. Just society that prioritises things. Great reminder all the same!
Man your brain makes me happy. LOVE CHU.
The first one, I love it! I like that you made the quotes your own instead of just taking the entire photo from Pinterest :)
